Orders
Thank you for supporting Madeleine Carroll!
When you have submitted an order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order as well as a further email notifying the dispatching of your order along with tracking information.
As each piece is handmade by Madeleine Carroll, please allow 7-10 days for the making and sending of your item, should it not be in stock. For orders in stock Madeleine Carroll aims to fulfil these within 2-3 days. This can differ depending on order demand at the time and where you are ordering from.
Custom orders and framing options may take longer depending on design collaboration and manufacture.
Shipping
Madeleine Carroll currently ships within Australia. Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service, you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you.
Madeleine Carroll is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control. That being said, Madeleine Carroll will do her best to assist you with your issue.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Standard shipping via Australia Post is free for all orders over $250 and $10 for orders under $250. Please allow up to 3-5 working days Australia wide except for WA which could be up to 5-7 working days.
Express shipping via Australia Post is a flat fee of $17. Up to 1-3 working days Australia wide except for WA which could be up to 3-5 working days.
International Shipping
Madeleine Carroll currently doesn’t offer direct international shipping. If you are buying from outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please get in touch on hello@madeleinecarroll.com.au.
Returns
Madeleine Carroll is happy to offer returns and refunds or store credit on all items, accept for custom made chairs and chocolate boxes. Please bear in mind though, that each piece is carefully hand-crafted and takes a lot of time and care. Please be considerate when placing your order.
We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt provided the item meets the below conditions:
In unused and resalable condition
In the original packaging with all the tags intact
To return an order please head to our ‘Return Portal’ and follow the below instructions:
Enter your order number and email address to start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Please note the cost of the return shipping is at the customers’ expense and responsibility. It is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges they meet the above required criteria, customers should also select a service that provides tracking.
Original shipping costs incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty by a Madeleine Carroll.
Refund Payments
Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 5-7 business days of Madeleine Carroll receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
Madeleine Carroll cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
